An elevated take on relaxed tailoring, the Graff Jacket is crafted from a velvet silk blend with intricate floral embroidery in a rich viridis hue. Cut in a longline, shirt-style silhouette, it features dropped shoulders, elongated sleeves with wide cuffs, and fabric-covered shank buttons. Fully lined, the fluid shape offers an effortless sense of structure and ease.

International orders are shipped with DHL Express and have an expected delivery window of within 3-10 business days of dispatch. Shipping costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs.

Returns Policy

Online Purchases

Full-price items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange (subject to availability).

To be eligible, items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging attached. Shoes must be returned with their original box and unmarked soles.

Returns received outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Refunds incur a handling fee of $30 NZD for New Zealand customers and $60 NZD for international customers. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you choose store credit or an exchange, the handling fee is waived. We are pleased to offer 110% store credit when selecting credit instead of a refund.

If an international shipment is refused or returned to MUSE, any original shipping costs, applicable import duties or taxes, and the cost of returning the parcel to us may be deducted from the refund once the item has been received. An administration fee of up to $100 NZD may also apply to cover return shipping and handling.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless faulty: Jewellery, swimwear, sunglasses, undergarments, activewear, sale items, and any items purchased with a promotional discount of 15% or more.
