We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Operations Assistant to support our ecommerce, stock operations, and boutique teams on a parental leave cover contract.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of the business — perfect for someone who loves variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Ecommerce
- Process and dispatch online orders
- Manage returns, exchanges, and customer queries
Stock & Operations
- Unpack, steam, label, and process new arrivals
- Coordinate stock transfers between boutiques
- Support stockroom organisation and inventory flow
Boutique Support
- Support stylists and boutique managers
- Support opening/closing and daily store operations
Office & Events
- Maintain an organised showroom and workspace
- Assist with archive sales and special projects
Fixed term parental leave cover, commencing immediately until December 2026/January 2027.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working within Shopify, managing product content, supporting digital campaigns and helping deliver a seamless luxury customer experience online.
You’ll work closely with an E-Commerce Manager and be a key part of the digital team, ensuring the website is beautifully presented, accurate, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Website Management
- Uploading and maintaining products into Shopify including imagery, sizing, pricing and product details
- Ensuring production information is accurate and the website is visually consistent
- Updating collections, sale items and promotional pricing
- Maintaining homepage, edit and category merchandising
Order Processing & Customer Support
- Coordinating daily processing and dispatch of online orders
- Working with retail and stock teams to ensure timely fulfilment
- Ensuring premium packaging and presentation standards
- Assisting with customer email and live chat enquiries when required
CRM & Email Support
- Building and scheduling EDM campaigns in Klaviyo
- Assisting with segmentation updates and campaign testing
- Supporting blog uploads, website banner and campaign content
Content & Creative Support
- Assisting with creating digital marketing assets such as EDM graphics and website banners
- Maintaining Muse’s luxury visual and brand standards across digital channels
